1. Domain Extension: i have checked the domain name extensions and would have advised you use .com instead of .info.
As you may be aware, .com will be typed by anyone first on the browser. If you had built same site and content on a .com extension, it will make more meaning and increase the value of your domain or site. My advise therefore is that you register the .com and export the content you have posted to your new content.
2. Content: Your content and niche is great and good. You have done well on this area. Your will need to add more postings on daily basis to increase your post counts.
3. SEO; Install plugins on your blog. install plugsin including SEO Ultimate, google analytics, wp greet, add this, share etc
4. Theme: Your blog Theme is very suitable for your blog style and contents. it balances your adverts and google adsense ads.
5. Monetization Methods: You have monetized your site with both amazon and adsense. You will need to expand to other affiliates or create your own Weightloss ebook gude if you can.
6. Traffic to your site: Now that you have a site on ground, start bringing backlinks to your blog usin the following method:
a. sign up with alexa.com and generate the code and add to your blog for rankng
b. Start looking for weightloss blogs and drop comments and add your site link there. This is a great backlink
c. create a facebook fan page and add it to your site also for people to like
d. sign up for a free twitter account and tweet all your post
7. Monetary Value: How much has your site made since created from adsense or amazon? This will increase the value. No one is interested in buying site that has not made money.

How I practically Flipped my One Month Old Website Yesterday
In this article, I am going give you brief of practically how and what to do.
Concept; If you are going to sell or flip a site with value, you must have a concept. Its is called conceptual flipping. Sites don’t make meaning except you add meaning which is value to them. I have been in the niche of Building WordPress Themes and Designing Blogs. I figured out that people would want to have a site where they learn how to build themes, design blogs and then I went ahead to create this concept of tutorial site.
I made step by by step videos using my video software, created tutorials in articles too and the blog site was ready. I added affiliate programs and made some money from these affiliate including hostgator, adsense and linkshare affiliate.
I created themes and dd them for free download for members only area who pay before accessing these videos. Then ready for flipping.
To flip, my sales letter must be convincing. So I wrote good copyright sales latter and added it for flipping or sale.
Monitoring my site was also important if I was going to be able to sell. Once I had bids, I knew the site was on its way to being sold.
